Brief summary of some client projects

OCR extraction & XML Conversion:
We are vendors to many leading Publishing Services in the country who work for large worldwide publishers like Sage, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis & Wiley, McGraw Hill and Pearson. Our key capabilities lie in content conversion from scanned pdf/tiff format to XML & epub format for digital devices and process over 100,000 pages of STM content (scientific, technical & math) each month from books & journals. We also do e-Typesetting (page layout in electronic format) for books of the above publishers.

Health Insurance Claim-Entry:
We’re filling out Health Insurance Claim Forms from scanned sheets filled in the NUCC format (Form 1500) for a leading Health Plan provider in the US. We process about 6,000 claim forms per month. This is a subcontract from a leading Healthcare BPO

Hospital Bill Entry:
We’re entering billing data from scanned Hospital Invoices for patient admission and procedures. There are about 45 fields per invoice each with its set of rules. We process about 9000 Hospital Invoices per month with 3 FTEs. This is also a subcontract from a Healthcare BPO

Data-Punching for Research & Analytics Cos: We capture responses of market survey forms filled by respondents to surveys in the US. We also do digitization of PoS charge slips, sales returns and other similar transaction history. We are achieving high accuracy level and match the short turnaround times typical in the Market Research business

GIS & Population Mapping:
In this project, we recreated maps of each Teshil/Block of India and mapping their village-wise population from public domain websites. We have mapped over 2000 tehsils across 8 states. Our client is a pan India pre-paid solutions provider and has forayed into rural banking kiosks. (Project Completed)

Data Migration for CBS Banking:
We migrated 12 branches of the District Co-Op Bank of Tehri, Uttarakhand from manual records to Core banking as part of NABARD’s nationwide mandate for digitization of all Co-Op banks. The primary implementing agency for the project was Wipro Infotech and we worked in tandem with them. (Project Completed)
